All of our trips are designed to give around 3 to 4 hours of birdwatching depending on traffic conditions. They are taken at a fairly leisurely pace and are not a ‘twitch’, but participants should still see good numbers of birds. No transport will be provided but details will be given on how to get to each meeting point. Car hire is both cheap and can be arranged easily. Fuel is cheap compared to the UK and the roads are generally very good and fairly quiet. A maximum of 8 participants can be taken on each trip although smaller numbers are preferable to give each individual the maximum time with our guide. Southern Spain can get very hot and it is advisable to take plenty of drinks and sun screen.
Our guide will normally travel with the trip members. If space rules this out, additional costs will be incurred by the trip members for a hire car and fuel. These costs will be notified at time of booking. Other itineraries can be made, including overnight stopovers in various areas. For details contact our guide.
Payment should be in cash to our guide at the meeting point.
